Terri Harris, MBA, PMP®, is a Business Operations & Management Consultant and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen operations, improve performance, lead complex initiatives, and navigate organizational change.

Her expertise spans business operations, organizational transformation, project and program management, financial and administrative operations, process improvement, systems implementation, and data-informed decision-making. Throughout her career, Terri has worked across complex organizations to identify operational challenges, strengthen processes and controls, improve service delivery, and build structures that help teams work more effectively.

Terri brings a unique perspective to consulting because her experience extends beyond recommending solutions, she has led the work of implementing them. Her background includes managing complex operations and multimillion-dollar resources, leading organizational restructuring and shared-services initiatives, implementing new systems and processes, developing performance metrics and executive dashboards, and managing strategic projects from planning through execution.
